3T stands for technology, tax and transactions. As a one-stop-shop solution for legal and tax structuring matters, we focus on technology law (including IT/IP and data protection law), tax law as well as corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. We have particular expertise in advising technology-savvy entrepreneurs, investors and companies developing or distributing software, AI-solutions, and digital assets including crypto, NFT and blockchain applications and in cross-border matters. From our offices in Munich, Berlin and Cologne we also advise clients in traditional industries, not only in the digital transformation.
